At Wags & Whiskers of Appledore, I understand that life can be unpredictable — and sometimes plans change! My goal is to be as flexible and fair as possible for both you and your pets.
🗓️ Cancellations

More than 24 hours’ notice: No charge. Please let me know as soon as possible.

Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the booked service fee may be charged to cover time set aside.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Full fee may apply.
💷 Refunds

If you’ve paid in advance and need to cancel, I’m happy to offer a full refund if you cancel with 24 hours' notice or more.

For last-minute cancellations (under 24 hours), refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered depending on circumstances.

If I ever need to cancel for any reason (illness, emergency, etc.), you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Need to change a day or time? No problem — just let me know as early as you can, and I’ll do my best to accommodate.
